Spring Oak Senior Living at Warrenton is seeking a dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for a part-time overnight position. Our close-knit assisted living community has 35 apartments and 41 licensed beds, giving team members the opportunity to get to know the residents they care for.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and Virginia requirements.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while supporting their dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
• Document medication administration and resident care accurately.
• Help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for overnight.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Previous experience in assisted living, or senior living is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift:

• Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am
