Our Warrenton community is a small, close-knit assisted living community with 35 apartments and 41 licensed beds, allowing team members to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and one another.

We are seeking caring, dependable Registered Medication Aides (RMAs) for part-time positions across all shifts. If you are passionate about senior care and providing safe medication administration and compassionate support, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• • Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders, state regulations, and community procedures.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
  • Observe residents for medication reactions or changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
  • Maintain accurate medication administration records and resident care documentation.
  • Follow proper medication storage, handling, and safety procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.
  • Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for.

Qualifications:

• • Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
  • Previous experience in assisted living or senior living preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, dependability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the resident care team.
