RBT (Mon: 12-2, Tue & Fri: 9-1, Wed: 8-11) 18 y/o BOY

What You'll Do:

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA) - we’ll show you exactly what to do for each child
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet (don’t worry - we train you how to do this)
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective - you're never doing this alone
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
• ABA experience a plus!
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
