Job Description
- Resolve Exceptions/Issues in a timely manner.
- Release exceptions from PROMISE system.
- Work with client systems to access on-line eligibility.
- Identifies and communicates issues to the Group Supervisor and/or Call Center Pharmacists.
- Telephone communication with Plans, Processors, Patients, etc.
Qualifications
- Trainee or Certified Pharmacy Technician or must become a Certified Pharmacy Technician within 1 year of becoming a licensed trainee.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends and overtime as needed. - this facility is open between 6am and 12am
- Comfortable working with a Workforce Management System - tracks clocking in/ clocking out and all calls/ activity)
