Impact Lives Every Day: Behavior Tech ($22-$30/hr) - Middletown, NJ

📌 Job Title: Getting Paid to Play? Yes, Really. After-School Behavior Tech 🧸✨

📍 Location: Middletown, NJ 07748

⏰ Hours: After-school hours (The perfect side hustle for students, night owls, or people who just really hate mornings 😴⏰)

💰 Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 / hour (That is a lot of coffee money, just saying ☕️💸)

Let’s be real for a second. 👀 You could spend your afternoons asking people if they want fries with that, or folding shirts that someone else is just going to mess up five minutes later.

OR...

You could get paid $22 to $30 an hour to be a kid’s favorite human. 🙌🎒

We are looking for a fun, high-energy Behavior Technician to join our team in Middletown! 🚀 Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves hanging out with some amazing kids on the autism spectrum, playing games, celebrating the small wins, and helping them smash their goals. 🏆🎮

What a normal afternoon looks like:
👋 High-fiving like your life depends on it.
🧠 Teaching life-changing skills (and maybe learning a few cool Roblox facts along the way).
📣 Being a patient, calm, and ridiculously supportive cheerleader.
🌍 Getting paid to actually make the world a slightly better place before dinner time.

You are a perfect fit if:
❤️ You have a massive heart and an even bigger sense of humor.
🤪 You don't take yourself too seriously (seriously, you might have to sing the ABCs in a funny voice).
🌟 You want a job that leaves you feeling good at the end of the day instead of just tired.
🚗 You have reliable transportation to get you around Middletown.

The Perks:
💵 $22-$30/hr (Your bank account will thank you).
🌙 Prime after-school hours (Keep your days free for sleeping, studying, or binge-watching).
📚 Paid training (We teach you everything you need to know, no experience required!).

If you are ready to trade a boring clock-in culture for a job with real purpose (and plenty of laughs), hit apply! 📩 Let’s chat! 🎉
