Housekeeper - Senior Living

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Workdays vary; weekend availability is required.

Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents. Spring Oak at Conway is seeking a dependable Housekeeper who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities:

• • Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and recreational spaces according to housekeeping schedules.
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wash windows, and maintain clean surfaces throughout the community.
  • Coordinate with the Wellness team to complete cleaning while respecting residents’ care needs and daily routines.
  • Prepare apartments for new residents, including moving furniture as needed.
  • Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry, linens, and towels.
  • Remove trash and dispose of waste safely.
  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Respect residents’ privacy, belongings, and preferences, including knocking before entering apartments.

• • A dependable, friendly individual with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Compassion for seniors and patience when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
  • Ability to follow cleaning schedules, instructions, and safe housekeeping practices.
  • Ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including standing, bending, and moving furniture as needed.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Availability to work varying days, including weekends.
