Spring Oak Warrenton is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our assisted living team. Responsibilities:

• • Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, and other daily activities according to their service plans.
  • Provide companionship, encouragement, and respectful, resident-centered care.
  • Observe changes in residents’ conditions and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
  • Document care provided and communicate updates that support resident service plans.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

• • Current Virginia CNA certification or completion of applicable PCA training.
  • Completion of required training for the position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Compassion, patience, and an understanding of the aging process.
  • Dependability and the ability to work collaboratively with the care team.
