Help residents feel safe, supported, and at home.

Spring Oak at Bedford is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our evening and overnight care teams.

You’ll make a meaningful difference through hands-on care, companionship, and support with residents’ daily routines. Our established senior living community offers an experienced, supportive leadership team and opportunities to grow within Spring Oak.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
  • Provide support with mobility and transfers according to individualized care plans.
  • Help residents with evening routines or overnight needs, depending on your shift.
  • Respond promptly to requests for assistance and report changes in residents’ condition.
  • Offer companionship while promoting residents’ dignity, comfort, and independence.
  • Communicate clearly with nurses, medication aides, teammates, and the incoming shift.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

Qualifications:

• • Caregiver, CNA, PCA, assisted living, senior living, or related experience preferred.
  • A compassionate, respectful approach to working with older adults.
  • Dependability and strong attention to residents’ needs.
  • Clear communication skills and a willingness to support your teammates.
  • A commitment to providing attentive, quality care throughout your shift.

Shifts:

• • Evening: 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  • Overnight: 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
  • Full Time
  • Every other weekend required.
