In-Home Caregiver / Home Care Aide (12-Hour Shifts)

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00/hour (+ Overtime pay for 12-hour shifts)

Locations: Carlsbad & North County San Diego

Shifts Available: 12-Hour Day (AM) or Night (NOC) Shifts | Full-Time & Part-Time (Weekdays & Weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Companionship & Daily Engagement: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, activities, and quality time.
• Meal Prep & Medication Support: Plan and prepare nutritious light meals and provide timely medication reminders.
• Transportation: Safely transport clients to medical appointments, running errands, or enjoying social outings.
• Homemaking: Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment through light housekeeping and organization.

Qualifications:

• Heart for service and a compassionate, dependable attitude.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
• Prior home care or personal assistance experience is a plus (training provided).

Requirements

• A cellphone with internet access
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Preferred certifications, but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Candidates with prior dementia care experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and provide proof of vaccination as required.
