- Membership Enrollment
- Providing customer service to members with Questions with services
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience call center customer service in healthcare
- Bilingual Eng/Sp required!!!
- Experience enrolling members preferred
- Must be able to read off of a call script
- Managed care experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good grammar and superb data entry required!

Hours for this Position:
- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
