Experienced In-Home Caregiver / Senior Home Care Aide

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00/hour (+ performance incentives)

Locations: La Jolla, CA & North County San Diego

Shifts: Flexible 4-Hour to 12-Hour Shifts | Day & Night | Monday-Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Personal Care: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, and nutrition/meal prep.
• Specialized Memory & Palliative Care: Provide tailored support for clients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and those under Hospice care.
• Home Support & Companionship: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment through light housekeeping, hourly care, and meaningful engagement.
• Client Transportation: Escort clients safely to medical appointments, errands, and outings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior professional experience in senior care or specialized memory care required.
• Strong communication skills and a passionate, dependable work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.

Requirements

• Assisting with activities of daily living and dementia care
• Able to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support (up to 100-150 lbs)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Certifications preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Reliable transportation to drive client in their vehicle (mileage reimbursement included)
• Must have a smartphone with internet access
