Our AI-powered screening interviews let you qualify candidates before you ever get on a call. Candidates answer role-specific questions on their own time, and you get scored results with clear recommendations so you know exactly who to prioritize.

Why we built this

We watched recruiters spend 60-70% of their week on screening calls, only to find that most candidates were not a fit. The math did not add up. So we built a tool that handles the first conversation, surfaces the best candidates, and lets recruiters focus on what actually earns commission: submitting qualified people and closing placements.
