Prelim helps people find hourly and entry-level jobs with a free resume builder and job matches. Employers use Prelim to screen applicants with short AI chat interviews.

## For job seekers

Prelim is free for job seekers. Companies that are hiring pay for Prelim, so job seekers never do.

- You chat about your work one question at a time, on your phone or computer. Prelim builds your resume while you type, using only what you said.
- Then you answer a few questions about your schedule, the pay you need, and how far you can travel. Prelim ranks jobs by how well you fit and says why.
- No account is needed to start, build the resume, or see job matches. A free account (Google or email) is needed to download the PDF, save, or apply with Prelim. No card, no trial.
- Have a resume already? Upload it (PDF or Word) and Prelim skips what's already there.
- Jobs are hourly and entry-level: caregivers and CNAs, warehouse, retail, restaurants, hotels, and call centers. They come from companies' own job pages.
- Prelim doesn't sell your info. Employers only see your resume and answers when you apply with Prelim. You can delete your data from your account page.

Prelim for Employers is an AI chat screening interview tool for teams hiring hourly and entry-level roles. Paste a job posting and Prelim writes role-specific screening questions. Share one link with applicants. Each applicant answers a short chat on their phone, with no video, scheduling, account, or app download. Prelim follows up on vague answers, scores each answer 0-100 against the criteria you set, and ranks applicants, so you only call the top few. A person at the company decides who to call.
